The working principle of a spherical concentrator mainly includes the following aspects:

1. Heat transfer principle: There is a heating steam tube inside, which provides heat to the material through the heating steam tube, causing the solvent in the material to evaporate. The good heat transfer effect is mainly due to its internal structural characteristics. Adopting a spherical design, compared to traditional evaporators, its internal space fully utilizes the heat transfer area, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency.

2. Steam cycle: The internal heating steam pipe introduces the generated steam into the steam separator, which separates the steam from the residue, and then reintroduces the steam into the heating steam pipe for recycling. This recycling method can effectively reduce energy consumption and lower production costs.

3. Vacuum system: A vacuum pump is used to evacuate the interior of the equipment, which can lower the boiling point of the material and enable evaporation at lower temperatures. This low-temperature evaporation method is beneficial for protecting thermosensitive substances and avoiding material decomposition caused by high temperatures.

4. Material conveying: There is a discharge port at the bottom, and the material is discharged through the discharge port after concentration. The design of the discharge port can be adjusted according to production needs to meet the concentration requirements of different materials.

5. Automatic control system: Usually equipped with an automatic control system, it can achieve automated production. The automatic control system can monitor and adjust the temperature, pressure, material concentration and other parameters of the equipment in real time, ensuring the stability and reliability of the production process.
